本隐私政策适用于 AIxDemand Collector Chrome 扩展程序（以下简称"插件"）及配套的 AIxDemand 工作台（aixdemand.com）。使用插件即表示你同意本政策所述的数据处理方式。

插件仅在你主动触发采集操作，或访问已连接的 AIxDemand 工作台页面时，处理以下数据：

• 营销资产内容：你所浏览页面上公开可见的信息，例如 WhatsApp 群邀请链接与群基本信息、达人（influencer）主页信息、内容链接、潜在客户意向信号、竞品账号信息。
• 账号与鉴权信息：你的 AIxDemand 登录凭证（用于识别是哪个团队/账号在同步数据）。
• 插件本地设置：例如你启用/禁用的资产类型、待同步队列，保存在浏览器本地存储中。

插件不会记录你的完整浏览历史，也不会在未采集操作的页面上读取或上传内容。

采集到的数据会同步到你所属团队的 AIxDemand 工作台，用于营销线索的整理、分级与跟进。 我们不会将这些数据出售给第三方，也不会用于插件描述之外的用途。

插件在 web.whatsapp.com 页面内注入的辅助脚本，仅读取你本人已登录的 WhatsApp Web 会话中已经可见的群信息，不会代替你发送消息或执行你未通过插件界面主动发起的操作。 本插件与 WhatsApp、Meta 无隶属关系，未获得其官方认可；使用本插件时你仍需遵守 WhatsApp 的服务条款。

数据通过 HTTPS 传输至 AIxDemand 后端。待同步的数据在同步完成前会暂存于浏览器本地存储中， 卸载插件或清除浏览器数据会清空这部分本地缓存。

你可以在 AIxDemand 工作台内删除已同步的资产；卸载插件会清除本地缓存的待同步数据。 如需请求彻底删除你团队在服务端保存的数据，请联系下方邮箱。

插件会与 aixdemand.com 的后端服务通信以完成同步。除此之外，插件不会将采集到的数据发送给 AIxDemand 之外的第三方服务。

本插件面向企业/团队用户，不面向 13 周岁以下未成年人，也不会有意收集其数据。

如本政策发生实质性变更，我们会更新本页面顶部的"最后更新"日期。

This policy applies to the AIxDemand Collector Chrome extension (the "Extension") and the companion AIxDemand workspace (aixdemand.com). By using the Extension you agree to the data practices described here.

The Extension only processes data when you actively trigger a capture, or when you visit a connected AIxDemand workspace page:

• Marketing asset content: publicly visible information on the page you're browsing — WhatsApp group invite links and basic group info, influencer profile info, content links, lead-intent signals, competitor account info.
• Account & auth data: your AIxDemand login credentials, used to identify which account/team the synced data belongs to.
• Local extension settings: e.g. which asset types are enabled, and the pending-sync queue, stored in local browser storage.

The Extension does not log your full browsing history and does not read or upload page content outside of an explicit capture action.

Captured data is synced to your team's AIxDemand workspace for lead organization, grading, and follow-up. We do not sell this data to third parties or use it beyond the purpose described above.

The helper script injected on web.whatsapp.com only reads group information already visible in your own signed-in WhatsApp Web session; it does not send messages or perform any action you did not initiate from the Extension's UI. This Extension is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta. You remain responsible for complying with WhatsApp's terms of service.

Data is transmitted to the AIxDemand backend over HTTPS. Data pending sync is cached in local browser storage and cleared when the Extension is uninstalled or browser data is cleared.

You can delete synced assets from the AIxDemand workspace; uninstalling the Extension clears locally cached pending-sync data. To request deletion of data your team has stored on our servers, contact us at the email below.

The Extension communicates with the aixdemand.com backend to sync data. It does not send captured data to any third party outside of AIxDemand.

The Extension is intended for business/team use and is not directed at children under 13; we do not knowingly collect their data.

Material changes to this policy will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
